About Adam Watkins

I’ve been an athlete my entire life, from the backyard as a child to playing sports in high school and college.  I trained for football, basketball, and track in H.S., and football and lacrosse while in College.  With structured programs, consistent exercise, effort and adherence, I saw great results, helping me to compete at an elite level.

It wasn't until 5 years post college in 2012 that I realized that sitting behind a desk was not what I was destined for.  I knew that I had a passion for Health and Fitness, and that I cared deeply about teaching and guiding people to reach their goals in every field I had been in.  That coupled with my athletic background and love for doing anything active drew me back to school!!  I attended National Personal Training Institute where I earned a Diploma in Personal Training and Basic Nutrition.  I then went on to complete my Personal Training Certification through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine).  Since graduation, I have continued to further my education and credentials with seminars, and workshops in order to keep up with new research and further help my clients.

Shortly thereafter, I began training at a local box gym doing 1 on 1, small group personal training, and bootcamp.  I was able to help a large number of people with weight loss, strength, muscle gain, eliminate pain from previous minor or serious injuries, and increase athletic performance.  As a result, they all gained CONFIDENCE that bled into their daily lives, leading to more productive, fulfilling days.  I have since left and began In-Home Personal Training where I continue to train individuals meet the goals they have set forth.  But I only have so many open spots, so I expanded to onine training to help more people look and feel their best.

It is my objective with individual program design to help each client meet their goals through support, motivation, and accountability.  I find no greater joy than leading others to a healthier, more productive lifestyle!!

Many have reaped the benefits.....Are you the next success story?!
