From an early age of climbing out of my crib before I could walk to dominating the defensive floor of intramural hockey in college, Adam was destined to be a fitness fanatic!

You may ask, can you be fit and have your Scoobie Snacks too? Absolutely! Life is all about balance and I live by this everyday with the 80/20 rule. Supply your body with the proper nutrients through food and supplements, reward yourself with a childhood favorite and incorporate fitness to keep the engine revving!
